Please note that although this tutorial is very old, probably littered with spelling errors, it shows still the same way how I build today (2011) my babes in tight shiny latex.

This tutorial is made with Photoshop 3 in mind but the techniques I use here are the same as I use today (2011) in Photoshop CS 3.
