I started with a somewhat sleepy looking model in shiny white lingerie with a in my opinion bit too big head, looks like she isn’t that tall. Then I modified shape of face to make it a bit less hearth shaped. Pulled up the outer edge of her eyes. Changed her nose bridge. Modified the shape and curve of her eyebrows, and minimized her somewhat sleepy look. After that I gave her some extra hair and slightly sized her head down.
Then I (of course) cinched her waist, gave her white opera gloves and started pulling up her panties into her top so the whole became a 1 piece body and started with the impression of a white transparent shiny latex pantyhose on her left thigh.
Then I drew a few more paths and started to fill them in with black or transparent latex patches and turned her nylon stocking into a shiny white latex one.
Next a close-up of here face before and in progress. Notice that how JPeG really makes it difficult for me because of all the distortions it leaves behind. Is that an eyelash or just JPeG goo? Sometimes I just don’t know.
