One of the things a lot of my work lacks are multiple people.
Hair and faces takes the most time, so its logical to cover them up. I’ve tried in the past multiple times to build a convincing 3D helmet/ face mask to place upon a ‘real’ body but failed thus far every single time.
Few days ago trying to put something new together I once again ran into the need for “a guard” or something likewise and was like, ‘lets give it another shot’.
I began with a chopped off p(H)oser head because I wanted it to be form fitting. From there I ran first into the same mistake I made in the past: trying to shape the helmet out of a cube, then had a light bulb going off in my head and began modeling the helmet out of a sphere, flipped it on its side and the rest as they say is history.
