It took me 39 days to finish this image. Usually I find time inbetween to try/test out a 'maybe next' image or 2-3, but this time, I spend all available time on just this one single image.

Start of the room construction. I had hoped/planned to have god-rays to filter through the shades into the room, but that created such a mess, also renderwise with lots of artifacts and hugely increased rendertimes, I had to give up on that idea.

A bit further. I had to buy the IV bag with control panel because I had no idea how to model such an IV bag. I also realized it would take me too long to figure that out, so buying one was easier as around this time I started to realize I was going to be working on this room for probably quite some time.

Like the examination table was already build (for another project which I can't remember...), but looking at it I found the corners of the table-top, where the cushions rest on, not round enough. (Yeah, the things I sometimes worry about :blush3:). Also it's bottom "feet" where not 100% nicely modelled, so I decided to remodel those too. Gave me an oppertunity to put in some much needed screws.

There are days working on something like this and when I close up having the feeling I haven't done a thing at all! That's not true, but not everything works out the first time. So I model someting, add it in and go: meh, that's not it! 1-2 hours lost.  And time seems to fly these days. Before I know it it's lunch and then time to quit as I work from roughly 08.00 - 15.30, with all the interceptions life throws at you. (Grrr...)

Another problem is that it's hard to properly position a 3D object onto a 2D image. So it's a lot of trail and error getting the 3D object into the proper position and make them look as if they are really attached to this 'subjects' body.

First I try to postion the 3D object as close as possible where I need it...

...then render it out, open the render in Photoshop, copy the object and paste it into the main image, then see if it looks ok. If not, it's back to reposition the 3D object and continue from there, until at some point it does look ok. All in all, for this particular image, I made around 200 (partial) renders of restraints, belts, sensors, tubes, suction devices etc. etc.

Which, with render times between 2 and 25 minutes, can be a real time consuming and sometimes frustrating process.

But at some point things come together. 👻 There is still a lot of tweaking to do here like medical forms to fill in by hand....  but the mayority is finally there and I can start working on the 'subject' on the examination table.

And finally after a few more weeks I end up with this:

Which is kinda crazy, I think. But maybe that's just me.:blush3:

Brilliant - lovely image and the detail is amazing.

So much to see - the absent operator wears lipstick and likes her coffee black for example... great.

Thank you, :blush3: I missed a little detail though. It can be explained away but it is actually an oversight on my behalf.

That's a tease... can't see anything missing... obviously not looking closely enough.  Probably distracted by the contents of the X-suit!! :blush3:

It's indeed a rather minute detail, not something people will look at during their first or second view. :blush3:

But without it things don't work. That's all I'm giving away here. :bigsmile2:

Ohhh, I absolutely love these kinky medical images!

As always, the level of detail is astonishing! The ergonomic office chairs, the various displays showing exactly what condition Adreline is in, all the medical supplies in the background, the straps ensuring she is a *goooood* patient... I also like how mundane the apple, coffee mug and handbag seem in this environment. But they're all still human beings, despite the wonderful shiny surface

And Adreline herself... she doesn't seem too happy, but she looks extra delicious! I hope the orgasmic gel lives up to its promises and cheers her up a bit

...and I have to say that I LOVE that even in here, she has to wear such perfect slick heels

Thank you!

I can't imagine she would not be wearing high-heels. :omg: It's probably because of a CEO of a graphic/comicbook studio I know who insisted that the heroines in the comics where wearing high-heels, even in bed. Back then I scratched my head about this 'feature' but I've come to appreciate it. :blush3:

I still plan to do a high-heeled iceskate something some day....

High-heels in SPAAAAAAaaace...! *\o/*
