Isiliel (meaning daughter of the moon in elvish) is the stage name of Japanese singer Himari Tsukishiro. Formally a member of Necronomidol, an alt-idol group who combined everything from chirpy pop to elements of death metal, she's now gone solo. For some reason most of her videos involve a strong element of bondage. I'm not sure why it happens, probably her manager (who also showed a Tarantino like interest in feet during the Necronomidol days).

I've not heard or seen this before, so thank you for this. 
I must admit I'm living in a cave on an remote island when it comes to music. I've no idea what's currently on No.#1 for example or what's hot or not. Though this is definitly hot!
